      Manufacturer: MELLES GRIOT
Manufacturing place (country): United States of America(USA)
      Function / Purpose:
Wavelength: 632.8 nm; Power: 1 mW

      Characteristics:
A Stabilized He-Ne Laser tube is a long tube of glass or steel filled with a thin mixture of helium. Below the laser tube is a DC power supply device, which converts the input 110 volts AC voltage into 1100 volts of DC voltage, and then produces a strong electric field between a pair of electrodes in the laser tube, the gas atom is stimulated by the electric field and emits light that reflects back and forth several times through the lenses at both ends of the laser, shooting out of the lenses at the front end.
